Precision software for
precision manufacturing.

Custom software for factory automation, built around your parts, your processes and your standards. AI assists your engineers. They approve and sign.

Our products

Two platforms. One factory, end to end.

Spectra works upstream, on the engineering record. MES works downstream, on the shop floor. They share one delivery model, one security posture and one data backbone.

Spectra

AI reads the drawing. The engineer approves it.

Upstream, the engineering record

1 2 3 DRAWING what the customer sent BALLOONED plus the characteristic list

The drawing comes back ballooned, with every dimension and characteristic numbered on the part and listed beside it. It leaves in the format your package runs on, or straight into your PLM and quality systems through the API. The engineer confirms and signs.

  • Ballooned drawing and characteristic list
  • Customer-specific ballooning rule sets
  • Requirement extraction with provenance
  • Exports and an API into your PLM and quality systems

MES

Every machine on one board. Every part, provable.

Downstream, the shop floor

ASSISTANT ON THE FLOOR interlocked, watched live EVIDENCE signed and permanent

What every machine is doing now, what each operator runs next, and an as-built record for every serial number that is signed and permanent. An assistant watches the same live data and suggests where to improve. It proposes only: it never signs and never releases.

  • Live overview and operator terminal
  • FAI, NCR, MRB, CAPA and metrology
  • Genealogy and gated Certificate of Conformity
  • An assistant that monitors and proposes, never signs

How the system behaves

Built to the strictest standard we could find.

A generic MES warns you. A generic document tool guesses. Neither survives an aerospace quality audit, so we built for that audit first. Four decisions follow from it, and every industry we work in inherits them.

AS9100D IATF 13485 9001 BASELINE

The hardest standard is the default

Built against AS9100D, AS9102 first-article inspection and NADCAP special processes, the most demanding evidence regime in manufacturing. Not a configuration layer bolted onto a generic product: the baseline every other industry inherits.

OP 20 OP 30 REFUSED OP 40

Interlocks refuse. They never warn and continue.

An operator cannot start an out-of-sequence operation, record against an out-of-calibration gauge, or release a certificate while a non-conformance is open. The system returns early. A permissive interlock is the worst failure mode.

REV A REV B REV C current still readable

Supersede, never edit or delete

Quality records are append-only and hash-chained, and prior versions stay viewable. A sealed compliance record cannot be removed, not even by an administrator.

PROPOSED SIGNED

AI proposes, the engineer disposes

Models do the complete first pass and nothing more. AI never performs a governed write, never releases a certificate, never signs. If the model is unavailable, the platform still works.

How we deliver

We start with one cell. Nothing scales until it earns it.

Automating a factory is a sequence, not a switch. Each stage produces the thing the next one depends on, and any of them can stop the work before it costs you a floor.

  1. 01

    Audit

What you run today, what each machine can already emit, and where the evidence gaps are.

  2. 02

    Plan

The target state, the order to reach it, and what each stage has to prove before the next one starts.

  3. 03

    Pilot

One cell, two machines, on your own tenant. Nothing else on the floor changes until it works.

  4. 04

    Measure

The return, calculated on your line against the baseline taken in the audit. Your figures, not ours.

  5. 05

    Scale

The same configuration, cell by cell, at the pace production allows. No second integration effort.

How we build and run it

Industries

Industries we work with.

Aerospace is the standards pack we ship configured. The same mechanics map to every sector below.

  • Aerospace

AS9100D, AS9102 first-article inspection, NADCAP special processes, customer flow-down and forty-year retention. The regime the platform was built against, and the one that sets the bar.

  • Automotive

IATF 16949, PPAP and APQP submissions, dimensional results against a ballooned drawing, supplier flow-down and traceable change control. Different acronyms, the same evidence.

  • Pharmaceutical & medical devices

ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 11: attributable electronic signatures, immutable batch and device history records, and change control that an inspector can reconstruct.

  • Electronics & EMS

High-mix, low-volume routing with genuine variant complexity, IPC workmanship classes, and serial-level genealogy carried from board through assembly.

  • Heavy industrial & energy

EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, weld and heat-treatment process records, and traceability that has to survive build cycles measured in months.

Client and development partner

Precision aerospace machining in Sibiu, Romania. Spectra and MES are being built with Aeronamic's engineering, quality and manufacturing teams rather than delivered to them, on a private Azure Kubernetes foundation in an EU region.

Next step

Tell us what your factory has to prove.

Whether it is a first-article package that takes a week to assemble or a shop floor that only exists in spreadsheets, the conversation starts in the same place: what evidence do you owe your customer, and how long does it currently take to produce?
